We as tax paying citizens and residents of San Diego county are tired of the excuses the Police Department of San Diego are giving us for not doing their duty to serve and protect. Bike theft doesn't pay, the DA wont prosecute. So we are taking accountability for our neighborhoods safety by documenting the 2.8 million dollars in annual bike theft the DA is not addressing.

We take pictures of known perps and illegal activities in our neighborhoods and expose the reality of the crime and circumstances our city government try to hide. we share them on an open forum for others to take note.
The rule of law states innocent till proven guilty. The courts do not adhere to this nor do police officers. This doesn't mean we wont do this either. We will blur out faces of those without any incriminating testimony that will be sworn upon if called to testify, and incriminating videos.
We all agree that the problem is bigger than stolen bikes, and this is true, we aren't focused on this here, and we do not care to fix that part of the problem.
We are here to get back our peace of mind by helping put away criminals. Once in the system there are plenty of other resources and volunteers out there ready to sing cumbaya. This is not that site.
